Break & Retest is the first execution playbook running on EpiTraders. It converts a familiar market-structure idea into a repeatable decision process.
The method does not promise to predict every move. It defines what must be true before entry, what invalidates the setup, and how risk is controlled when pressure rises. EpiTraders turns those rules into a live checklist and records what happened after every decision.
01 — Define the Level
Start with a predefined support or resistance level. The setup begins with context and invalidation—not with a candle you feel tempted to chase.
02 — Confirm the Break
A valid break must close beyond the level with clear structure. EpiTraders checks the conditions before the move can qualify for review.
03 — Validate the Retest
Do not chase the break. Wait for price to return, respect the level, and confirm that structure still supports the trade before entry.
04 — Control the Risk
Entry, stop, target, position size, and invalidation must be defined before execution. Discipline means knowing the risk before the outcome.
